Confero Collections welcomes David Rowland to their management team.
Confero Collections has signaled its expansion intentions by appointing David Rowland, as Business Development Manager.
David spent 15 years in a London local authority going from Parking Officer to Parking Manager. He successfully set up and managed the Finance and Debt Recovery Team in the Parking Service department where he played a pivotal role in Wandsworth Borough Council winning the ‘initiative of the year’ prize at the Civil Enforcement Awards. He was promoted to Contract and Operations Manager and managed the implementation of the on-street enforcement contract before leaving to pursue a career within the Bailiff industry.
Managing Director, Jon Dawkins commented ‘David has a wealth of experience within the Parking Industry with an in-depth knowledge of local government and the level of professionalism and service expected from contractors working on their behalf. His appointment clearly shows our commitment to providing a quality service, with high collection rates but minimal complaints.’
